REFEREEING

Performance Measurement: With given time, we shall embrace and adapt computer-generated statistics. These statistics will measure the performances of referees in our county.

Recruitment and promotion of young referees: Efforts to be made recruit and train young referees in Nandi County. The promotion process should be accelerated by offering training courses regularly. These courses will help young referees reach the top and compete with their peers locally and internationally.

Rewards: Good referees will be identified and rewarded. Referees, officials and whistle-blowers who expose match fixing attempts with evidence will be rewarded.

CORRUPTION AND MATCH FIXING

Training seminar: Referees, club officials, and federation officials will undergo training. Police, Disciplinary Committee, and Ethics Committee will also be trained. Players and the media will participate as well. This training aims to educate them about match fixing and how it negatively affects the game.

Technical Study Group: We will guarantee all Coaches of Teams in Men’s League and Women’s League are well trained. Coaches in youth leagues and football academies will also get proper training. They will obtain the relevant qualifications for their task.
